This blog chronicles my personal experience with various mental and physical disorders, including General Anxiety Disorder, OCD, and Hyper Sensitivity. My journey began in 2016, when I was struck by my first panic attack upon returning from a routine trip to the grocery store. Since that moment, I have been grappling with the debilitating effects of panic attacks, but through perseverance and determination, I have learned how to manage them. In the past, I tried to alleviate my symptoms by controlling my thoughts and trying to mitigate situations, but unfortunately, these methods only exacerbated my condition.
